“Fried” Egg Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 none cooking spray
  • 4 large egg
  • 4 medium bagel, wheat
  • 1/2 medium avocado

Serve With

  • 2 cup honeydew

Instructions

  • Spray skillet with cooking spray; heat skillet over medium heat.  Crack eggs into skillet; two at a time to allow for room to cook.  Once the egg whites are not longer opaque, flip and cook to your desired doneness.  Repeat with remaining two eggs.
  • Serve each inside a bagel (toasted or not), topped with a slice of avocado.
  • Serve honeydew on the side.
