- 1 none cooking spray
- 4 large egg
- 4 medium bagel, wheat
- 1/2 medium avocado
- 2 cup honeydew
- Spray skillet with cooking spray; heat skillet over medium heat. Crack eggs into skillet; two at a time to allow for room to cook. Once the egg whites are not longer opaque, flip and cook to your desired doneness. Repeat with remaining two eggs.
- Serve each inside a bagel (toasted or not), topped with a slice of avocado.
- Serve honeydew on the side.
