Cinnamon Apples

  • 4 medium apple
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon water


  • Wash, peel, core and slice apples.
  • Toss together with cinnamon and nutmeg in a large zip-top plastic bag, coating apples.
  • Place apple mixture, honey and water in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, 8 to 10 minutes or until apples are tender.
