Esp as a vegan, most of the “picky eater” suggestions, even I won’t want to eat. This was FABULOUS. A whole week of breakfasts my child can make, or get out himself.

Thank you for giving me the idea of combining sun butter, banana, and chia seeds for a good breakfast. I’m just thinking of having whole grain waffles for tomorrow and I’m curious how I could make it healthier. I’ll try to include a lot of chia seeds since you said that they give a wonderful boost of energy that I’ll need for the rest of the day.
