  • 1 medium (approx 2-3/4″ long, 2-1/2 dia.) bell pepper, red
  • 4 pita, large (6-1/2″ dia) pita, whole wheat
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 8 slice turkey breast, deli style
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 4 medium (3″ dia) apple


  • Slice pepper thinly.  Cut pitas in half, split open and spread an even amount of hummus amongst each one.  Add peppers, 2 slices turkey and spinach. Serve with apples.
