Ingredients
- 2 cup oats, dry
- 1 cup orange juice
- 4 medium apricot
- 2 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 4 teaspoon brown sugar
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients except brown sugar and nuts in a medium saucepan.
- Bring to a boil. Cover & reduce heat. Simmer for 5 mins, stirring occasionally
- Remove from heat, let sit for 5 minutes and then pour into bowls. Add brown sugar and nuts to individual bowls.
