- 2 cup strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
- 2 cup oats, dry
- 1/2 cup, chopped walnuts
- 4 cup milk
- Thaw strawberries or defrost in the microwave. Smash with a fork or a potato masher.
- Prepare oatmeal as directed on package, using water.
- Top oatmeal with smashed strawberries and walnuts; serve a glass of milk along with each serving.
