Mint Chocolate Chip Shake
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 2 medium banana
- 6 cup spinach
- 1 leaves Peppermint, fresh
- 1/8 ounce peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup yogurt, plain
- 2 tablespoon chocolate chips, dark
- 6 cup ice
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except for chocolate chips/cocoa nibs, plus 6 cups of ice, until smooth. Add more milk if mixture is too thick to turn. Add chocolate and pulse until ground into chunky pieces. Transfer to glasses and garnish with extra fresh mint leaves, if desired.
