These ham and cheese breakfast sandwiches are quick and easy to make, and are a deliciously satisfying breakfast!

Ingredients
- 4 each english muffins
- 4 slices ham
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese sliced
- 4 large eggs
Instructions
- Toast English muffins in toaster oven.
- Cook eggs in a skillet over medium, unless you prefer the yolks more cooked.
- On one half of each english muffin, layer ham, cheese, and then an egg on top and cover with the other 1/2 of the english muffin. Warm through in the skillet on medium/low heat. Serve warm, enjoy!
