  • Toast English muffins in toaster oven. 
  • Cook eggs in a skillet over medium, unless you prefer the yolks more cooked.
  • On one half of each english muffin, layer ham, cheese, and then an egg on top and cover with the other 1/2 of the english muffin. Warm through in the skillet on medium/low heat. Serve warm, enjoy!
