  • 8 large egg
  • 2 cup guacamole

Serve With

  • 8 slice bread, whole wheat
  • 2 medium mango
  • 1 medium bell pepper, red


  • Hard boil eggs on your stove top, rinse in cold water, and peel. Cut eggs in half.
  • Remove and discard (or save in your fridge) the yolks of the eggs. Fill with guacamole.
  • Serve with toast, cubed mango and pepper sticks.
