- 2 cup oats, dry
- 2 cup milk
- 1 cup, chunks pineapple, canned in 100% juice
- 2 medium banana
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- Place oats, milk, and pineapple (including juice) in a large, microwave-safe bowl.
- Cook for 1 minute on HIGH, then stir; cook an additional 1-2 minutes until desired consistency is reached.
- Top each serving with 1/2 of a sliced banana, then sprinkle on some coconut flakes and chopped walnuts.
