- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup oats, dry
- 1 cup yogurt, plain, low-fat
- 2 medium banana
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and purée until smooth.
- Add ice if desired until the preferred consistency is reached.
