Berries n’ Cream Chia Pudding
We believe it is super important to eat a whole foods diet. Especially one with lots of fruits and veggies. As parents, we are constantly trying to get our kids to eat a nutrient packed, well balanced diet. Sometimes, as hard as we try, kids don’t want to eat what we prepare leaving nutrition gaps. Because of this, many kids can benefit from a multivitamin, but a lot of them contain other additives that we don’t want our kids to have like sugar, high fructose corn syrup, artificial colors, flavors and preservatives. We were just introduced to a multivitamin that we feel great about giving to our kids every day. It is made by KidzShake, and it is called KidzSprinkles. You can sprinkle it on anything but there is no taste. This Berries n’ Cream Chia Pudding is a yummy dessert (or breakfast!) and the perfect thing to sprinkle KidzSprinkles vitamins on 🙂
We think KidzSprinkles is a great vitamin because it is in powder form, and you just sprinkle it on anything! There is no taste to it, and so it blends right in with whatever your kids are eating. The thing I love the most about KidzSprinkles, is that is also has probiotics, and omega 3’s in it!
We love that it provides:
-Essential vitamins and minerals to support growth and development
-Vitamins and probiotics to support the immune system
-Nutrients to aid digestive health
So what is in KidzSprinkles? You can see the nutrition facts below. There is no sugar, gluten, artificial sweeteners or colors, dairy, or nuts.
We love chia pudding because it is almost like eating dessert – but is has SO many healthy ingredients. Sometimes even when we make something we think is amazing, my kids will take a couple bites and be done. This is where a vitamin can fill in the nutrition gaps when kids just don’t eat very much. A pudding is a great food to use KidzSprinkles with. You can also put it in applesauce, yogurt, soups, spaghetti sauce, oatmeal, and so many more things!
This Berries n’ Cream Chia Pudding is just raspberries, strawberries, milk of your choice, (we used lite coconut milk) a little honey and chia seeds! Really quick to make and so creamy and delicious. I actually think it is sweet enough with the berries and you don’t even need to add the honey.
After you blend the ingredients, pour into your containers and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to overnight. Add fresh berries on top to serve.

You can buy them from their site here: http://www.kidzshake.com/kidzsprinkles/ Make sure you use the coupon code mentioned above 🙂
Did the coupon code expire? I tried using it and the site said the coupon does not exist
Yes – sorry the coupon code has expired 🙁
Very Interesting. Wondering how something full of B-vitamins has no taste? I did not see any ingredients listed on their website. And does the probiotic need to be refrigerated?
There is a link on their website for the ingredients. The probiotic does not need to be refrigerated because they are microencapsulated in beeswax and are shelf stable. Good questions!
This looks and sounds awesome! I think my terrific trio will love it! 🙂
I put this together last night. Thick & yummy this morning! I used strawberries & dark cherries 🙂 Love your recipes!
These are not actually dairy free. I just checked the ingredient label on their website: https://kidzshake.com/discover-kidzshake/
