Vanilla Walnut Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 2 cup milk
- 1 cup oats, dry
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 2 medium apple
Instructions
- Combine milk and oats in a pot over medium heat.
- Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently. The rolled oats will soften and the liquid will thicken. Continue to cook until desired consistency, approximately 5 minutes.
- Stir in walnuts, vanilla and honey; serve with apple slices.
