  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract


  • 1/3 cup coconut flakes
  • 2 medium banana
  • 1/4 cup almonds, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon honey


  • Cook oats as directed on package; remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  • Top with coconut, sliced bananas, almonds and a drizzle of honey.  Serve immediately.
