- 4 medium pear
- 1/3 cup apple juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup yogurt, vanilla, low-fat
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Slice pears in half lengthwise; place in an 8X8 baking dish. Drizzle apple juice over pears, sprinkle with cinnamon, and bake for 25-30 minutes until they begin to brown and soften.
- Top with yogurt and garnish with additional cinnamon.
