- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup coconut flakes
- 2 medium banana
- 1/4 cup almonds, sliced
- 2 tablespoon honey
- Cook oats as directed on package; remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Top with coconut, sliced bananas, almonds and a drizzle of honey. Serve immediately.
