- 1 medium bell pepper, red
- 4 medium tortilla, whole wheat
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium cucumber
- 4 stick string cheese
- 4 medium pear
- Dice pepper. Lay out tortillas and spread with hummus. Sprinkle each with peppers and lettuce; roll up tightly and cut in half.
- Slice cucumber and serve with each wrap, along with a cheese stick and a pear.
