Sandwich Skewers

Ingredients

  • 4 slice bread, whole wheat
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 medium orange
  • 1 medium kiwi
  • 4 ounce mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 8 wooden skewers

Serve With

  • 2 cup corn, frozen
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds

Instructions

  • Cut bread, apple, orange, kiwi, and cheese into bite-sized pieces and alternate on skewers along with blueberries.
  • Serve with corn and sunflower seeds on the side.
