- 3 medium Tomatillos, raw
- 1 medium avocado
- 2 clove garlic
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1/2 medium peppers, jalapeño
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Peel the husk from the tomatillos and rinse. Roughly chop and add to food processor. Peel avocado, remove pit and add to food processor.
Roughly chop garlic, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro.
Add lime juice, honey, and salt.
Give it a whirl in the food processor until you reach desired consistency. Serve with tortilla chips.
