Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa, uncooked
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 medium pear

Instructions

  • Combine quinoa, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a pot.
  • Heat over medium-high until boiling; reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed, stirring frequently.
  • Chop pears.
  • Top quinoa with pears before serving.
