  • 3/4 cup oats, dry
  • 3/4 cup quinoa, uncooked
  • 4 cup water
  • 4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup, chopped pecans
  • 2 medium banana
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup, pure


  • Mix together oats, quinoa, and water in a pot and heat over medium. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer. Stir in cinnamon and cook until thickened, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and serve topped with pecans, sliced bananas, and maple syrup.
