  • 1 pound beef, ground, 95% lean
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1/4 cup panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
  • 3 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Serve With

  • 4 medium kiwi
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cup green beans

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl, combine beef, egg, diced onion, breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.  Blend together and then form into a loaf pan.  Brush the tops  with ketchup.  Place meat loaves onto the bottom rack of hot oven.

  • Serve with sliced kiwi.
