  • 4 ounce ham
  • 4 ounce cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup pineapple

Serve With

  • 4 medium banana
  • 12 cracker crackers, whole-wheat


  • Cube ham and cheese. 
  • Create lunch Kebabs layering tomato, pineapple (canned or fresh), cheese, ham on a stick. You can also use any other fruit or veggie you have handy. 
  • Serve with a banana and whole wheat crackers.
