- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 medium tomato, red
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground
- 4 medium plum
- 2 medium bell pepper, yellow
- Toast bread. Spread hummus on toast.
- Remove avocado from skin and mash in a bowl. Spread over hummus.
- Slice tomato and add to sandwich. Season with salt and pepper.
- Slice peppers and serve with sandwich along with plums.
