Ingredients

  • 3 cup coleslaw
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup vinegar, cider
  • 1 cup yogurt, plain, low-fat
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground

Instructions

  • Add coleslaw mix to a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, vinegar, yogurt, salt and pepper. Add to veggies. Mix well to fully coat. Chill in an airtight container until ready to serve.
