Healthy ColeslawPrint Pin Rate
- 3 cup coleslaw
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup vinegar, cider
- 1 cup yogurt, plain, low-fat
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground
- Add coleslaw mix to a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, vinegar, yogurt, salt and pepper. Add to veggies. Mix well to fully coat. Chill in an airtight container until ready to serve.
