Vegetarian Wrap

  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 cup black olives, canned
  • 4 medium spinach tortilla wrap
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 2 cup spinach
  • 2 ounce feta cheese crumbles

Serve With

  • 4 medium tangerine (mandarin orange)


  • Dice cucumber and olives.
  • Lay out wraps and spread hummus onto each. Sprinkle with cucumbers and olives, then add spinach and feta. Roll up tightly and slice in half.
  • Serve with mandarin oranges on the side..
