Fruit Skewers & Yogurt Dip

  • 1 1/2 cup yogurt, plain
  • 2 teaspoon honey
  • 2 medium orange
  • 1 medium grapefruit
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 8 wooden skewers


  • Place yogurt in a small bowl.  Add honey and approximately 1 teaspoon of zest from an orange.
  • Peel oranges and separate the wedges.  Juice one wedge into the yogurt and blend well.
  • Peel grapefruit and separate into wedges.
  • Add orange wedges, grapefruit wedges, and grapes to skewers.  Serve with yogurt for dipping.
