- 3 cup yogurt, fruit variety, low-fat
- Spoon yogurt into a plastic Ziplock bag.
- Snip corner off of bag and squeeze yogurt dots onto a cookie sheet.
- Freeze for at least an hour; serve immediately, or transfer to a Ziplock bag and store in the freezer for later.
