Frothy Flax Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peaches, frozen, sliced
  • 1 cup mango cubes, frozen
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed, ground

Serve With

  • 4 large egg

Instructions

  • Hard boil eggs. Allow them to cool before peeling.
  • Combine the frozen fruit with the milk, banana, and flaxseed in a blender; blend until smooth.
  • Serve smoothies immediately with hard-boiled eggs on the side.
