Fall Harvest SaladPrint Pin Rate
- 6 cup lettuce, romaine
- 2 medium apple
- 3/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles
- 1 cup cranberries, dried
- 1/2 cup poppy seed dressing, light
- 1/8 cup vinegar, cider
- 1/8 cup vinegar, balsamic
- 4 medium rolls, dinner, wheat
- Core and thinly slice apples. Crumble feta and chop pecans (if needed).
- Toss all salad ingredients together and serve immediately with rolls on the side.
