Fall Harvest Salad

  • 6 cup lettuce, romaine
  • 2 medium apple
  • 3/4 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles
  • 1 cup cranberries, dried
  • 1/2 cup poppy seed dressing, light
  • 1/8 cup vinegar, cider
  • 1/8 cup vinegar, balsamic

Serve With

  • 4 medium rolls, dinner, wheat


  • Core and thinly slice apples. Crumble feta and chop pecans (if needed).
  • Toss all salad ingredients together and serve immediately with rolls on the side.
