- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 4 medium tortilla, whole wheat
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 medium tomato, red
- 1/2 cup black olives, canned
- 4 medium carrot
- 2 medium banana
- Spread 2 tablespoons of cream cheese on each tortilla and top with 1/4 cup of spinach.
- Chop tomato and olives; grate 1 carrot. Sprinkle some of each onto each tortilla, roll up tightly, and slice into halves or thirds. Cut remaining carrots into sticks.
- Serve each wrap with carrot sticks and 1/2 banana.
