  • 4 medium bagel, wheat
  • 8 tablespoon hummus
  • 2 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 15 ounce black beans, canned
  • 1 cup, chopped or sliced tomato, red

Serve With

  • 2 cup sugar snap peas
  • 2 cup slices apple


  • Assemble bagel sandwich by spreading hummus onto each bagel, then sprinkle some beans and tomato cubes, and lettuce. Serve with sugar snap peas and apple slices.
