- 1 medium apple
- 2 1/3 cup water
- 1 1/3 cup oats, dry
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed, ground
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2/3 cup walnuts, chopped
- Peel and grate apple.
- Add water, oats, apple, and flax to a pot; stir to combine. Heat over medium until water begins to boil, then simmer for 5 minutes.
- Fold in blueberries and walnuts.
- Serve immediately.
