Berry Yogurt Pops

  • 2 cup yogurt, vanilla, low-fat
  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1 cup strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
  • 6 twists pretzel sticks or twists


  • In a large bowl, gently stir together the yogurt and fruit.
  • Spoon into 4-ounce ice-pop molds and cover with foil.
  • Use a sharp knife to cut a small hole in the foil and insert a pretzel rod or snack stick. Freeze until firm.
  • Remove foil before serving.
