- 2 cup yogurt, vanilla, low-fat
- 1 cup blueberries, frozen
- 1 cup strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
- 6 twists pretzel sticks or twists
- In a large bowl, gently stir together the yogurt and fruit.
- Spoon into 4-ounce ice-pop molds and cover with foil.
- Use a sharp knife to cut a small hole in the foil and insert a pretzel rod or snack stick. Freeze until firm.
- Remove foil before serving.
