- 4 medium carrot
- 1 stalk green onion
- 1 cup hummus
- Slice carrots into 1/2 inch rounds. Slice onions into 1/4 inch pieces.
- Carefully place a piece of onion onto the toothpick, looped through its inner core. Poke a carrot round on the end to resemble a pumpkin. Place all “pumpkins” into a bowl of hummus.
