Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup yogurt, plain, low-fat
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cup oats, dry
  • 1 cup cranberries, dried
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine milk with honey, yogurt, and vanilla.  Add oats and cranberries and mix together. Cover bowl and place entire bowl in fridge overnight.
  • Next morning, divide into four bowls and garnish with nuts.
