- 7 medium dates, Medjool
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Remove the pits from the dates, and blend the nuts separately.
- Combine the dates, blended nuts, and cinnamon to a blender or food processor; process until smooth.
- Place the date mixture on wax paper, and shape into a rectangle using your hands. Cut into bars and wrap with wax paper and store in an airtight container.
