  • 4 slice turkey breast, deli style
  • 8 slice ham, deli sliced
  • 4 ounce pretzel sticks or twists

Serve With

  • 2 medium carrot
  • 4 medium kiwi
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, vanilla


  • Roll up slices of turkey and ham, putting a pretzel stick through each one as a skewer. Assemble three roll-ups for each lunch (2 ham and 1 turkey).
  • Cut the carrots into sticks. Slice the kiwi. Serve with roll-ups and yogurt.
