Green Eggs and No Ham

  • 1 spray , about 1/3 second (1 NLEA serving) cooking spray
  • 2 medium avocado
  • 4 large egg
  • 4 slice bread, whole wheat
  • 4 apricot apricot
  • 2 cup milk


  • Spray a skillet and turn on to medium high.  Cook eggs one by one by cracking the whole egg in a hot skillet.  Flip each egg when it is no longer runny.  Cook on both sides.
  • Slice avocados in half. and serve with whole wheat toast, apricots and a small glass of milk.
