  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 large egg
  • 4 slice bread, whole wheat
  • 4 tbsp jam, all-fruit
  • 2 fruit (3-3/4″ dia) grapefruit
  • 2 cup milk


  • Drizzle a small amount of oil into a non-stick skillet; heat over medium heat.  Add as many eggs as you can cook at a time; cook egg to desired firmness.  
  • Serve with toast and jam, grapefruit slices and a small glass of milk.
