Cilantro Lime Rice

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups long grain rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons lime zest
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Combine rice, chicken broth, salt, butter, and garlic in the bowl of a rice cooker. Set to cook mode.
- Once rice is cooked, carefully open the lid and fluff the rice. Add lime zest, juice and chopped cilantro. Stir to combine. Serve warm and enjoy!
