Easter Brunch Ideas
Easter Brunch is a wonderful way to celebrate the holiday with loved ones while enjoying delicious food combining both breakfast and lunch. Light and bright is the theme of our Easter Brunch ideas to get us excited for Spring!
For kids, Easter is associated with little plastic eggs filled with all sorts of sugary delights. For adults, Easter usually is a time of reflection and family. We always get together and have a meal with family – either dinner or brunch. We have found that if we fill your kids with delicious and healthy food earlier in the day, then they are less likely to stuff themselves with candy later. These Easter Brunch ideas are delicious, healthy and filling.

Yummy brunch! What kind of pan is that?
Joyce – It is just a Calphalon standard saute pan.
Thank you for this! My in-laws are coming over for Easter brunch and I’m trying to convert them to healthy eaters so that my daughter will have all positive food role models in her life but they are a hard sell, hope this helps! Now if I can just catch their basket at the door to dispose of all the candy that my daughter “needs and I’m depriving her of”! Yes these are my in-laws, YAY 🙁
I’m loving both of these breakfasts! They look absolutely delicious!
Kendra – good luck – and way to be a healthy influence!
Do you have a suggestion for a replacement for the almond butter? We have a nut allergy in our family…
You can probably just leave the almond butter out and add in a little extra butter.
You can use soy butter (Like WOW Butter) or sunflower seed butter
I love the Raspberry Tart. I did cheat and didn’t make the crust, I used store bought graham crust which worked perfectly with the filling. A definite crowd pleaser!
