  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 24 cracker crackers, Triscuit
  • 2 teaspoon lemon pepper


  • Slice cucumbers.
  • Spread cream cheese onto each cracker, then top with a cucumber slice.
  • Sprinkle with lemon pepper; serve immediately.
  • Serve any extra cucumber slices on the side.
