Crunchy Cucumber Snack
Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumber
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 24 cracker crackers, Triscuit
- 2 teaspoon lemon pepper
Instructions
- Slice cucumbers.
- Spread cream cheese onto each cracker, then top with a cucumber slice.
- Sprinkle with lemon pepper; serve immediately.
- Serve any extra cucumber slices on the side.

Quick, tasty and a kid pleaser. Although we didn’t have cream cheese so we used hummus.
