Coconut Oatmeal

  • 3 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 2 cup oats, dry
  • 1 cup, frozen mixed berries, frozen
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes


  • Boil coconut water in a pot over medium heat.  Stir in oats and frozen berries. Cook about 5 minutes (for rolled oats, or 1-3 minutes for quick), stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and let sit for a few minutes till cool.
  • Divide among four bowls, and sprinkle each bowl with coconut.
