  • 2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 cup oats, dry
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup cranberries, dried
  • 2 ounce coconut flakes


  • Add coconut milk to saucepan and bring to a boil.  Add oats, salt, honey and cranberries and cook stir occasionally until oats have absorbed most of the liquid.
  • Divide into 6 bowls and sprinkle with coconut.
