Healthy Yogurt Fruit Dip
It only takes 4 ingredients to make this simple and delicious fruit dip! Not only will your kids gobble up their fruit- but they’ll get a punch of protein too!
Healthy Yogurt Fruit Dip

Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, add cream cheese and beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Blend together with a hand mixture until combined and smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve with your favorite fruit like apples slices, bananas, strawberries, pineapple, and melon. Enjoy!

I used vanilla instead of plain because that’s all I had lol but ITS DELICIOUS! Dipped some strawberries in it and it was so yummy!
