Chicken & Cashew Salad
- Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Slice grapes in half, lengthwise. Drain chicken; roughly chop spinach. Add these to a large bowl with the yogurt, mayonnaise, salt, curry powder, ground mustard, and cashews. Add pasta and mix well to evenly coat.
- Serve chilled.
