- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 2 tbsp peanut butter, all-natural
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 cup, whole strawberries
- 2 cup milk
- Simply toast your bread, spread with peanut butter, drop some blueberries on the peanut butter, and cover with second slice of toast. Slice in half, serve with a few strawberries for an antioxidant boost and a small glass of the milk of your choice.
