Apples Love Peanut Butter
Ingredients
- 4 medium apple
- 2 tablespoon peanut butter, all-natural
- 2 cup coconut water
- 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
- 2 cup spinach
Instructions
- Slice apples across the width, to make them into apple and peanut butter sandwiches. Spread peanut butter between the slices.
- Mix all ingredients for the smoothie in a high powered blender; add ice if desired. Serve with apples.
