  • 3 medium apple
  • 1/2 medium lemon
  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain


  • Core and slice apples. Peel lemon. Add lemon, apple slices and banana to blender, along with apple juice, spinach and yogurt. Blend well, adding ice if a thicker consistency is desired. Serve immediately.
